Who we are
Reiki Alchemy is a brand operated by SOLANCHA Media Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site and our services, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings & payments
When you book a session or enroll in a course, you agree to the price shown at checkout. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Course and membership access begins immediately on enrollment.
Membership
The Reiki Alchemy membership is offered as 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans. You are billed for the full term up front, and your membership renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your account, and cancellation stops future renewals.
Use of materials
Course videos, written readings, and membership content are for your personal practice. They may not be copied, redistributed, or resold. Practitioners trained through the school may use the method with their own clients.
Refunds
If a course or membership is not right for you, write to us within 14 days and we will make it right. Completed live sessions are non-refundable.
